TIME MANAGEMENT

 

Dear LoveLiza,

Recently I have joined a design studio. The studio attracts a mix of cultural and corporate clients giving it a healthy balance. There is also a great design team to go with it and the freedom to design is more than encouraged by the management and the clients. This is the ideal studio but embarrassingly enough there is one flaw, along with all the freedoms we have, also included is ‘The freedom of speech, discussion, group meetings, planning, rearrangements, approval by all. This leads to 80% discussion 20% design. I have discussed this numerously that there should be more design and a little less conversation, but no one seems to find a solution.
